GOURMET GOULASH
2 pounds ground beef or ground turkey
1 large onion (chopped)
2 cans green beans
12oz frozen corn
12oz frozen baby lima beans
2 cans Italian style diced tomato
2 - 15oz cans tomato sauce
12oz mini shell pasta
2 packets of chilli seasoning
salt and pepper

In a 5 quart pot brown meat and chopped onion until meat is no longer pink. Salt and pepper to taste before meat is completely brown. If needed, drain grease from meat and onion mixture.

While the meat and onion are browning start boiling the water to cook the pasta.

Stir in all the other ingredients except the pasta and warm over low/medium heat while the pasta is boiling.

When the pasta is done, drain and rinse with cold water. Add pasta to the meat/veggie mixture. Continue cooking over low/medium heat for 20-30 minutes stiring frequently to keep from sticking to the bottom of the pot.

Making this right now and it smells wonderful! Has a great smokey flavor. I'm just using some veggies that I had that were leftover that had been frozen. Thanks so much!

Very good recipe. I tried this for the first time but I didn't use frozen corn, I changed the frozen to the canned corn and added some mushrooms to it (2 cans). It was very good, even the wifie liked it. Very good recipe. Thanx, recommend any one to try.

Am going to fix this shortly using leftover London Broil with the broth... Cold, rainy day so this sounds perfect and will fit the bill. May add some pepperocini juice to give it a little kick. Can hardly wait! Yum. Thanks for submitting.
