GRANDMA'S GOULASH 
1 lb. bacon
1 lg. onion, cut into med. pieces
2 sweet banana peppers, cut into med. pieces
1 green pepper, cut into med. pieces
1 hot red pepper, cut into sm. pieces
1 lg. can peeled tomatoes, cut into sm. pieces, keep juice

Fry bacon until crispy. Set aside. Drain all but 1/2 cup of bacon grease. Cook onion and peppers until onions are transparent. Add tomatoes and juice. Crumble bacon into small pieces and add to pan. Cook over low heat, uncovered until semi thick. Serve over mashed potatoes or with Town House crackers. Mixture may be frozen or canned.
