CREAMY LOW CALORIE RICE PUDDING | |
1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding and Pie Filling 3 c. low fat milk 1/2 c. Original Minute Rice or Minute Premium Long Grain Rice 1/8 tsp. cinnamon Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Pour into a 1 quart casserole or individual dessert dishes. Place plastic wrap directly on surface of hot pudding. Chill 30 minutes, remove plastic wrap. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon, if desired. Makes 8 servings. |
