SCALLOPED PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops, lightly browned on each side
4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
6 oz. sour cream
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 can water
2 tbsp. parsley flakes

1. Combine all ingredients except chops and potatoes.

2. Put a layer of potatoes in greased casserole. Cover potatoes with half soup mixture, add another layer of potatoes and remaining soup. Place browned pork chops on top and bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
