PORK CHOPS & POTATO SCALLOP | |
4 pork chops 1 can mushroom soup 1/2 c. sour cream 1/4 c. water 2 tbsp. onion flakes (or more) 4 c. thinly sliced potatoes In skillet brown pork chops. Blend sour cream, soup, water, onion and some salt & pepper in separate container. In a 2 quart casserole dish alternate layers of potatoes with sauce and additional salt and pepper. Top with brown chops. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Serves 4. |
