SCALLOPED PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
6 med. potatoes
5 med. onions
Salt & pepper to taste
3/4 c. milk
Bread crumbs
butter

Peel potatoes and onions and cut into slices. In buttered baking dish arrange the potatoes and onions in alternate layers. Season as you add the layers. Trim fat from pork chops. Place chops on the top of other ingredients and cover with bread crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for about 1 1/2 hours or until done.
