SEVEN LAYER FIESTA DIP 
24 oz. refried beans or bean dip
6 ripe California avocados
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sour cream
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix (1 1/4 oz.)
1 bunch green onions
2-3 med. tomatoes
1 sm. can sliced black olives, about 2 oz.
1 pkg. shredded cheddar cheese (8 oz.)

On a round pizza pan or large plate, spread bean dip; layer mashed avocados over bean dip and sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and taco mix, then spread over avocados.

Chop green onions and tomatoes for the fourth and fifth layers. Spread olives on top. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and garnish with sliced olives and sliced avocado. Takes only 15-20 minutes to prepare and your chips are ready to dip.
