FIESTA DIP 
1 c. Breakstone's sour cream or light choice sour half and half
1 c. Chi-Chi's salsa
2 tbsp. chopped cilantro (or coriander)
Tortilla chips

Mix all ingredients except chips until well blended. (Strain salsa if desired.) Chill. Serve with tortilla chips and/or fresh vegetables. Makes 2 cups.

Made a dry tuna casserole of elbows, tuna white sauce and plain buttered bread crumbs. Put sour cream in a bowl with the casserole, mixed and warmed up in microwave -- Delicious!!!
