DEVILED EGGS 
Boil 1 doz. eggs (add tsp. salt to water)
1/2 med. onion, diced fine or 2 tbsp. onion powder
1/4 c. relish
1/2 tbsp. white pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tbsp. paprika

Place eggs (cooked) under running cold water. Shell, run under water again to remove any remaining shells. Cut eggs lengthwise and remove yolk, placing yolk in 1 bowl and egg white in another bowl. Mix egg yolks, relish, white pepper, paprika and mayonnaise. Using a fork mash and mix up all ingredients.

Place egg white halves on dish. Using a tablespoon fill each egg cavity with mix. Optional: Garnish with olives or pimentos and sprinkle with paprika.
