PRETZEL BASE JELLO SALAD 
2 1/2 c. crushed pretzels
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 tsp. strawberry Jello

Mix together. Save 3 tablespoons. Press in 9"x12" pan. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool. 1 c. sugar 1 sm. container Cool Whip

Mix together and spread on cooled crust. 3 c. boiling water 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries

Dissolve Jello in the boiling water. Add frozen strawberries. Mix well. Put in refrigerator and allow Jello mixture to start to jell. Put on as third layer. Refrigerate until firm. Sprinkle the 3 tablespoons pretzel mixture on top.
