JELLO PRETZEL SALAD | |
3 c. pretzels, crushed 2 c. crushed pineapple, unsalted 2 sm. pkgs. strawberry gelatin 2 c. water 1 pt. frozen strawberries 1/4 c. nuts, chopped 1 (12 oz.) whipped topping 1/4 c. milk 3 tbsp. sugar 3/4 c. butter, melted 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. sugar In a 9 x 13 inch pan, mix pretzels, sugar, and butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes. Cool. Beat together cream cheese, sugar, milk and whipped topping. Pour over pretzels. Mix gelatin with 2 cups boiling water. Add frozen strawberries. Let stand 10 minutes or more. Pour over cheese mixture. Garnish with chipped nuts. |
