PRETZEL JELLO SALAD 
2 c. pretzels, broken up coarsely
3/4 c. melted butter
3 tbsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries

Bottom layer: Mix together and press in a 9x13 pan, pretzels, butter and 3 tablespoons sugar. Bake at 400 degrees for 6 minutes. Let cool.

Middle layer: Cream the cheese and 1 cup sugar well. Fold in Cool Whip and spread over cooled crust.

Top layer: Dissolve Jello, add frozen strawberries. Let stand 10 minutes. When melted and stirred in, pour over cream cheese. Chill 8 hours or overnight. Serves 20 and is wonderful.
