SAUSAGE SOUFFLE | |
1 lb. bulk pork sausage, cooked, crumbled, and drained 6 slices bread, crusts removed 3 tbsp. butter 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese 5 eggs 2 c. half and half 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dry mustard Butter bread and cut into cubes. Place in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with sausage, top with cheese. Beat remaining ingredients together and pour over sausage mixture. Chill overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. |
