SAUSAGE SOUFFLE 
16 oz. bulk sausage
2 c. seasoned croutons
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste

In 9 x 12 inch baking dish, flatten out sausage. Mix the cheese, mustard, milk, salt and pepper together. Pour over sausage. Top with croutons. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
