SAUSAGE SOUFFLE 
6 eggs
2 slices bread
1 tsp. mustard
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. sausage
1 c. grated cheese

Brown sausage; drain. Beat eggs. Add milk, salt and mustard. Add bread (cut into cubes), stir. Add cheese and cooked sausage. Place mixture into 8 x 13 inch glass baking dish. Refrigerate overnight (or at least 1 hour). Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
