HUMMING BIRD CAKE 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. chopped bananas
1 c. chopped pecans

Sift dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Add all other ingredients, stir until mixed. Do not beat. Bake in well greased and floured 10 inch tube pan for 1 hour 15 minutes. Cool in pan.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter
1 box confectioners' sugar

Mix all ingredients, beat until smooth and spread over cake.
