CRUSTLESS CRAB QUICHE | |
6 to 8 oz. Alaska Snow crab (frozen or canned) 4 slices bacon 3 eggs 1/2 c. biscuit mix (Bisquick) 1/2 c. melted butter 1 1/2 c. milk 1/8 tsp. salt Dash of pepper 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese Thaw crab, if frozen; drain, reserving liquid. Fry bacon until crisp. Drain and crumble. Beat together eggs, biscuit mix, butter, milk, crab liquid, salt and pepper until smooth. Pour into lightly buttered 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle crab, cheese and bacon over top and press down gently. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Serves 6 to 8. |
