TAMALE PIE 
18 corn tortillas
1 lb. ground round, browned
1 chopped onion, cooked until translucent
1 8 oz. can sliced black olives, drained
1 16 oz. can niblet corn, drained
2 to 4 jalapeno peppers
2 tsp. chili seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 16 oz. can tomato sauce

Spray a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish with cooking spray. Mix together ground round, onion, olives, corn, peppers, seasonings and tomato sauce. Layer tortillas, beef mixture and cheese, ending with cheese (3 layers).

Bake covered at 350°F for 50 to 60 minutes. Serve with shredded lettuce, guacamole, sour cream and salsa.
