COLONIAL WILLIAMSBURG COLESLAW 
3 lbs. cabbage, shredded
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 diced sweet red pepper
Dressing

Combine cabbage, onion, celery and red pepper in a bowl. Add dressing and toss. Chill several hours to blend flavors. Serves 6 to 8.

DRESSING:

1 c. cider vinegar
1 c. oil
1 tbsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. white pepper
2 tsp. celery seeds

Combine vinegar, oil, salt, sugar, pepper and celery seeds.
