AMARETTO CHEESECAKE 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. ground pecans
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
4 eggs
16 oz. sour cream
1 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/3 c. amaretto

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine crumbs, pecans and butter. Press into bottom of 9 inch springform pan. Cream together sugar and cream cheese. Add eggs, one at a time. Add sour cream, flavorings and amaretto. Pour into crust and cook for 30 minutes. Turn off oven and leave cheesecake in oven for 3-4 hours. Do not open the door during this time. Refrigerate and garnish with slivered almonds before serving if desired.
