BROWNIE CHEESECAKE AMARETTO 
Brownie Mix
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
1 bag sliced almonds (sm.)
3 sq. semi-sweet baking chocolate

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare brownie mix as directed. If the package gives you the option of chewy or cake-like use cake-like. Spread brownie batter into two 8 inch cake pans or one 9 x 13 inch baking dish that have been sprayed with grease.

Beat together cream cheese, butter, cornstarch, vanilla and almond extract until fluffy. Gradually add milk while beating. Add eggs last and beat thoroughly. Pour cream cheese mix on top of brownie batter. Bake for 45 minutes. Top will be slightly brown. Remove from pans when still warm. Carefully. Sprinkle almonds on top. Melt chocolate and drizzle on top while warm. Let cool before serving.
