ROSEMARY'S HOMEMADE NOODLES 
2 c. flour
2 eggs
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 qts. chicken or beef broth
1 c. celery
1 c. onion

Add flour gradually to egg mixture, salt and pepper until dough mixture becomes stiff; work with your hands. It may be necessary to add a small amount of additional flour. Dough should be firm enough to roll. Roll out on floured cutting board; sprinkle with flour; roll up dough and cut into thin slices. Cook celery and onion in broth. Drop unfurled dough into boiling broth; cook on medium heat after brought to a boil, until tender.
