CRAB STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
12 lg. mushrooms, rinsed, stems removed, pat dry
1/4 c. melted butter
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tsp. onion, chopped
1/4 c. bread crumbs

Place mushrooms in buttered dish. Brush with melted butter. Combine next 5 ingredients. Fill mushroom caps with this mixture. Combine 1/4 cup bread crumbs with remaining melted butter. Sprinkle over crab mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
