MUSHROOMS STUFFED WITH CRABMEAT
AND GARLIC CHEESE
 
3/4 lb. medium sized mushrooms, cleaned, stems removed
1/2 lb. crabmeat, picked over for bones
1/2 lb. cream cheese
1/2 c. garlic croutons, finely crushed
Parmesan cheese, grated
Paprika

Mix together crabmeat, cream cheese and croutons until mixture is blended. Mound mixture into mushroom caps. Sprinkle tops generously with grated Parmesan cheese and lightly with paprika. Broil until piping hot.
