SWISS CHEESE CHICKEN | |
4 to 6 chicken breasts (deboned) 4 to 6 slices Swiss cheese 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. melted butter 2 c. herb stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farms) Place chicken in greased 2 quart casserole dish. Layer Swiss cheese on chicken slices. Mix soup and water and pour over chicken. Toss stuffing mix with butter and spread on top. Bake in 325 degree oven for 45 minutes covered, 20 minutes uncovered. |
