YUM YUM CAKE 
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. fat-free milk

Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt in greased 8 or 9-inch square baking pan. Make 2 holes in the dry ingredients. Pour oil into one, the vinegar and vanilla into the other. Pour the milk over all and mix until well blended and smooth.

Bake at 350°F until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean (about 30 minutes). Cool in pan on wire rack. Spread with Chocolate Glaze.

Chocolate Glaze:

1 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 to 2 tbsp. fat-free milk

Combine powdered sugar and cocoa in a small bowl; stir in vanilla and enough milk to make a glaze consistency.
