CHOCOLATE CRINGLES COOKIES 
4 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix first four ingredients. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well and refrigerate overnight. Shape into 3/4-inch round balls rolled in 4x sugar. Place 2-inches apart on greased cookie sheet.

Bake 10 to 12 minutes (no longer) in 350°F oven. Don't overbake.

Makes 6 dozen.
