| CHOCOLATE BANANA NUT COOKIES | |

3 lg. very ripe bananas 2 sq. unsweetened chocolate 1 c. chopped nuts 2 eggs 1/2 c. butter 1 1/2 c. sugar 3 c. flour 1 1/2 tbsp. baking powder Combine first 3 ingredients; set aside. Cream next 3 ingredients well. Add flour and baking soda to egg mix, blending well. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-13 minutes until done at 350 degrees. | |

The cookies are very good. I added old fashion oatmeal because I thought the dough was to soft. I baked one sheet and the cookies were perfect. The instructions omits adding the mixture of bananas, melted unsweeten chocolate squares and nuts...so mix at the end. 13 minutes is perfect.
