BRIE SURPRISE!
2 cans Pillsbury 8 quick crescent rolls
2 (4 1/2 oz.) pkgs. Gerard Brie cheese
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. honey
1 egg white

1. Open Brie cheeses and cut away white surface. Let stand at room temperature as you make dough.

2. Open crescent rolls. Lay flat on a large piece of wax paper. Knead all seams shut and join two sections of 8 together at one edge. Knead seams until the dough appears to be one large piece. (Takes about 2-5 minutes.)

3. With a floured rolling pin, roll out dough to a pie crust thickness.

4. Mix mustard and honey thoroughly and smooth. Brush dough with honey/mustard.

5. Place two scraped Brie cheese in center and begin wrapping dough over them. Make dough wrapping as appealing and decorate as possible.

6. Whip egg white with fork and brush top of dough.

7. Bake according to crescent roll instructions.

8. Using a small knife, slice into triangles and serve on a cracker and serve fruit with it, such as grapes, apples, and pineapple.

9. May serve it straight from oven or when slightly cooled.
