CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA BREAD 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 ripe bananas, mashed
2 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate mini morsels

Cream butter; gradually add sugar, beating well at medium speed of an electric mixer. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in bananas. Combine flour and next 3 ingredients; gradually add to creamed mixture, beating until blended. Stir in mini morsels.

Spoon batter into a greased and floured 9"x5"x3" loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 10 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack. Yield: 1 loaf.
