CORNED BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. med. wide noodles
1 can corned beef (12 oz.)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can evaporated milk (8 oz.)
Approx. 1/2 stick Cracker Barrel cheese
Chopped onion to taste
Enough melted butter to moisten bread crumbs to be sprinkled on top

Cook noodles as package directs. Toss together chunks of corned beef, noodles, chicken soup, milk, onion and cheese cut in small pieces or grated as desired.

With a blender: Put cubed cheese, onion slices and milk in blender on grate for approximately 30 seconds. Add this to rest of ingredients. Place in a buttered baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 8-10.
