APPLE PIZZA 
1 tube sugar cookie dough
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/3 c. caramel ice cream topping
2 to 3 apples

Spread sugar cookie dough on bottom of a 13-inch pizza pan or 9 x 13-inch cake pan.

Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Mix with a beater cream cheese, brown sugar and caramel ice cream topping; beat until smooth. Spread on COLD crust. Put apples, sliced thin in lemon juice and drain really well. Arrange over caramel; sprinkle with mixed nuts or peanuts or a cinnamon/sugar mixture. Refrigerate for awhile, then cut.
