TAFFY APPLE PIZZA 
1 tube Pillsbury refrigerated peanut butter cookie dough
3 to 4 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 med. Granny Smith apples
Cinnamon and sugar mixture
Lemon lime soda

Mix the cookie dough with flour and press dough into 15 inch baking stone and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes and loosen cookie from baking stone. Blend brown sugar, vanilla, and cream cheese. Spread on cooled cookie. Peel, core, and slice apples. Dip in lemon lime soda to prevent browning. Arrange apple slices on the cream cheese mixture and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture. Cut into pieces and serve.
