TAFFY APPLE SALAD | |
1 lg. can chunk pineapple, drain juice & save 2 c. colored mini marshmallows 1/2 c. sugar 1 tbsp. flour 1 egg 1 1/2 tbsp. white vinegar 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip 2 c. unpeeled apples 1 1/2 c. Planters cocktail peanuts Mix pineapple and marshmallows (refrigerate overnight). Mix juice from pineapple, flour, sugar, vinegar and egg; cook until thick. Refrigerate overnight. Mix Cool Whip with both of the above, then fold in apples and nuts. Enjoy! |
