SWEET 'N SOUR MEATBALLS | |
4 lbs. ground beef 2 c. milk 4 c. bread crumbs 1 1/3 c. sweet and sour BBQ sauce 1 tbsp. seasoned salt 2 c. sweet and sour BBQ sauce (2nd part) 4 (15 oz.) cans pineapple chunks, drained 4 green peppers, cut into 1 inch sqs. 4 carrots, peeled, sliced and blanched Combine first 5 ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Shape into balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Arrange meatballs in single layer on jelly roll pan. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a large saucepan or Dutch oven. Add drained meatballs to sauce and simmer 15 minutes. Serve with prepared rice. |
