ITALIAN CREAM ICING AND CAKE 
ICING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, melted
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 c. pecans

CAKE:

1 yellow cake mix
1 vanilla pudding
1/2 c. oil
5 eggs, well beaten
1 c. water
1/2 can coconut

Mix cake, using box directions. Mix above icing ingredients together. Bake cake as directed, cool and frost with icing.
