FROSTED HONEY DEW MELON SALAD 
1 med. size honey dew melon
1 pkg. raspberry gelatin
1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
Milk
Leaf lettuce
French dressing

Peel the whole melon. Cut a slice from one end and remove seeds. Fill cavity with water; pour it out and measure water. Prepare Jello with water from cavity. Fill cavity with Jello. Refrigerate until firm.

Soften cream cheese with a small amount of milk, whipping until light and fluffy. Frost entire outside of melon with cream cheese. Place frosted melon on round plate; surround with leaf lettuce. Slice and serve with French dressing.
