1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. finely chopped dill pickle
2 tbsp. finely chopped radishes
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
Generous dash pepper
4 c. thinly sliced cucumbers
Lettuce
Parsley

Mix soup, sour cream, pickle, onion, radish and pepper; add cucumber. Chill. Serve on lettuce, garnish with parsley and additional radishes.
