SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
2 c. celery
1 lg. onion
1 green pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1 (7 oz.) can pimento
2 cans cream of celery soup, undiluted
3 c. shrimp
1 lb. crabmeat
1 c. white rice, cooked
1 c. cooked wild rice
1/2 c. milk
Slivered almonds

Saute celery, onion, green pepper in butter. Add remaining ingredients. Sprinkle with slivered almonds. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.

Excellent company dish. I make ahead and freeze. Elegant and easy!!
