SEAFOOD CASSEROLE WITH PEAS 
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. crabmeat, rinsed and drained
Croutons
1 lg. chopped bell pepper
1 c. shrimp, rinsed and drained
Salt and pepper to taste
1 large onion chopped
1 c. Lesueur peas, drained

Combine all ingredients. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle top with croutons. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
