MARY'S SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1 can crab
1 c. Spin Blend
3 tbsp. chopped onion
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can tuna
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can sm. shrimp
1/2 tsp. pepper
Few drops Worcestershire sauce
2 c. cooked rice
4 tbsp. butter

Mix ingredients together and marinate overnight in refrigerator. Add one can of cream of celery soup and 2 cups of cooked rice. Put in a casserole dish sprayed with vegetable cooking spray and top with 3/4 cup of corn flake crumbs mixed with 4 tablespoons melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
