SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 c. crab meat
2 c. cooked shrimp
1 sm. can mushrooms
5 tbsp. chopped onions
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 bell pepper, chopped
Salt and pepper

Add mayonnaise to rice while still hot. Combine with other ingredients and place in casserole. Top with buttered bread crumbs or toasted slivered almonds. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6-8.
