SEAFOOD CASSEROLE - EASTERN
SHORE
 
1 med. bell pepper, chopped fine
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1 c. celery, chopped fine
1 can fancy crabmeat
1 can claw crabmeat
2 (5 oz.) cans shrimp
1/2 tsp. salt
Red & black pepper to taste
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. raw rice, cooked & drained
Bread crumbs

Mix all the ingredients together and put in casserole and sprinkle top with bread crumbs. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
