EASTERN SHORE CRAB SALAD 
1 lb. crabmeat
3 tbsp. celery, finely chopped
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. white vinegar
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. parsley, minced
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. mustard
2 tbsp. onion, minced
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning (or more)
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
Lettuce leaves

Place lettuce on salad plates. Mix all ingredients, except crabmeat. Gently incorporate crabmeat place on lettuce. Serve well chilled.
