TACO SOUP 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic
1 med. onion, chopped
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 (16 oz.) can peeled tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can red beans
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Grated cheese
Black olives
Sour cream
Tortilla chips

Brown ground beef with garlic and onion in Dutch oven. Drain fat. Add taco seasoning, tomatoes, beans, corn, tomato sauce, and 1 can of water. Simmer for 30-45 minutes. Line bowls with tortilla chips or Fritos. Pour soup over chips. Garnish with sour cream, cheese and sliced black olives.
