2 lb. ground beef 2 cans whole kernel corn 2 cans pinto 2 cans kidney beans, (1 light, 1 dark) 2 cans black beans 2 cans diced tomatoes 2 cans Rotel 2 pkg HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch Seasoning mix 2 small onions, chopped 2 tbsp chili powder *Toppings: sour cream, black olives, grated cheddar cheese, corn chips Brown and drain beef. In a large pot add all ingredients (NOT TOPPING). Also, do not drain cans, you want juice and all. Simmer for 45 minutes. To serve, place a hand full of corn chips in a bowl. Top with soup and toppings as desired. To make a smaller pot, cut ingredients in half. |
