TACO SOUP 
1 lb. Ground Turkey (or lean ground beef)
1 large onion
1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® ranch dressing mix
1 pkg. Taco seasoning mix
1 can pinto beans
1 can Chile hot beans
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can stewed tomatoes (Mexican flavored)
1 can stewed tomatoes

Brown meat and onions, drain. Mix HIDDEN VALLEY® ranch mix and taco seasoning into meat. Then, without draining, add all of the other ingredients. Simmer 1 hour. This is delicious served with

Baked Tostitos chips. Of course that does add a few calories.

I skip the stewed tomatoes and use Rotel (diced tomatoes with chiles) instead. This is a great recipe to throw in the Crock-Pot before bedtime, so it's ready for lunch the next day.
