RUTHIE'S CRUNCHY CHICKEN | |
3 c. corn flakes 10 chicken legs 1 cube (1/2 c.) butter seasoned salt paprika big plastic bag rolling pin pie tin sm. frying pan baking pan (at least 9 x 13 inches) Put the corn flakes into a plastic bag and crush them with the rolling pin. Then dump them into a pie tin. Wash the drumsticks and pat them dry with paper towel. Put the butter into small frying pan and melt it over medium heat. With tongs, roll each drumstick in the butter, then on the crushed corn flakes until covered. Put the corn flake coated drumsticks on a big enough baking pan (they shouldn't be touching one another) and sprinkle with paprika and seasoned salt. Bake in 400 degree oven for 45 minutes (they're done when you can pull the meat off with a fork.) |
