CRUNCHY CHICKEN BALLS 
2 (5 oz.) cans chunk chicken
1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. fine chopped onion
1/4 c. fine chopped parsley
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
Corn flake crumbs

Mix all ingredients except corn flake crumbs. Shape into small balls (about 1 inch). Roll in corn flake crumbs. Arrange in shallow greased pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes or until browned. Makes 4 dozen. Freezes raw well.
