CRUNCHY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
5 chicken breast, cooked and chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 tsp. chopped pimento
16 oz. pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
butter
7 oz. can water chestnuts, drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 c. stuffing mix, any kind
Paprika

Mix all ingredients together well. Pour into well greased baking dish. Put stuffing mix on top. Then dot the top with butter and sprinkle with paprika on top. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
